There is never a good time to be dealing with a painful or debilitating orthopedic injury in your bones, joints, or muscles. Some injuries are best treated by an orthopedist, which is why we opened our QUICK CARE orthopedic clinic.
If you need to see an orthopedist quickly, you can now receive the urgent care you need – without having to make an appointment, and without having to sit for several hours in the waiting area of a busy emergency room (ER).
Let us introduce you to Advanced Bone & Joint’s QUICK CARE services, and tell you why it’s the ideal option for same-day treatment of a joint injury, muscle injury, or bone injury.
QUICK CARE Is Orthopedic Urgent Care
At QUICK CARE, there is no need to call beforehand. QUICK CARE offers same-day, walk-in appointments.
You will be seen as quickly as possible. And with extended hours at our St. Peters location, that means you can take your child for immediate treatment after school, or after practice, on the same day of the injury.
Shorter Wait Times than the Emergency Room
Emergency rooms always treat the most urgent injuries first – which means you might not be seen for hours for your hurting ankle, for example. At our QUICK CARE clinic, you will be seen as quickly as possible.
Because we only treat orthopedic conditions – not injuries of other areas of the body, or patients who have a cold, flu, or allergies – there is very little wait time to see a doctor at our clinic. And this also means that we know exactly how to handle your pain or injury, and we can diagnose and treat it quickly.
You Will Be Seen by Orthopedic Surgeons
If you go to an ER or a general urgent care clinic, you will likely be seen by a general practitioner there. They may treat you and say that you don’t need to be seen by an orthopedic specialist.
However, at QUICK CARE, that is all we do. There is no need to make another appointment to see a specialist or receive a referral.
Plus, after your visit, we can continue treatment with everything from pain management to total joint replacement – to help ensure you are 100 percent back on your feet.
Proper Diagnostics
Because we are a fully functional orthopedist’s practice, we have all the right tools and diagnostics to make sure we get to the root of your injury or condition. We specialize in the musculoskeletal system, so we are able to focus on the specific issue you are dealing with and treat it with confidence.
Orthopedic Surgeons with Walk-In Hours
If you have suffered a new injury today or within the past 72 hours, walk right in to Advanced Bone & Joint to see a physician quickly. For proper prioritization, patients who walk in with an injury or ailment that began more than 72 hours ago will be asked to make an appointment.
At Advanced Bone & Joint, we treat broken bones, sports injuries, falls, sprains, and strains on the same day of the injury or pain. Please note that concussions cannot be seen in our QUICK CARE clinic; for this issue, please call (636) 229-4222 to schedule an appointment.
Advanced Bone & Joint recognizes your need for quality, immediate orthopedic care, and we are happy to meet your needs with our convenient QUICK CARE services. We’re open Monday through Friday to help you get back to your active lifestyle.
If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, call us today at (636) 229-4222 or request an appointment here. We look forward to serving you.
