Dr. Brandon Larkin is a native of St. Peters, and he has been providing the highest-quality care in sports medicine and nonsurgical orthopedics to patients of all ages at Advanced Bone & Joint since 2007.

Dr. Larkin has specialized training in the promotion of lifelong fitness and wellness, as well as the treatment and prevention of illness and injury. He helps both athletes and non-athletes maximize function, as well as minimize disability and time away from sports, work, or school. He has special interests in concussion care, return to play after injury, work-related injuries, and acute tendon and ligament injuries.

After completing high school at Fort Zumwalt South, Dr. Larkin received his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Larkin earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in pediatrics at the University of Missouri, and he received further training in the primary care sports medicine fellowship program at Saint Louis University.

Dr. Larkin is board-certified in Primary Care Sports Medicine. He serves as the Independent Concussion Specialist for the St. Louis Cardinals, and he is the head team physician for multiple high schools in the Fort Zumwalt and Wentzville school districts. He manages concussion testing programs in school districts throughout St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties.

Dr. Larkin has presented at both regional and national sports medicine conferences, and he has authored chapters in several sports medicine textbooks.
