Because coverage and network participation can change, we encourage you to confirm your specific plan with our billing team before your visit. If you don't see your insurer listed, please reach out — we're happy to verify your benefits and help you understand your options.

Insurance We Do Not Accept
To help you plan ahead, please note that our clinic is currently unable to accept the following plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, First Health, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), PHCS, TriWest, WellFirst – SSM Health Plan, Medicaid (Missouri & Illinois), and the healthcare sharing ministries Medi-Share and Liberty HealthShare.

• Patients without insurance (self-pay)
• Self-insured employers
• Patients with insurance but are out-of-network
• Patients with high-deductible plans
• International patients
• Members of faith-based sharing ministries

Advanced Bone & Joint is pleased to provide transparent, upfront pricing along with a pre-payment choice for individuals paying directly and for self-insured employers. Please note that these rates do not apply when our physicians are part of your health insurance network, and they cannot be billed to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please be advised that the self-pay medical package you have purchased is not eligible for submission to insurance for reimbursement or coverage. This package is designed specifically for individuals who choose to pay for their medical services out-of-pocket and is not intended for submission to any third-party payers, including insurance companies.
